Job Description
As an Online Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding service to our customers by providing them with knowledgeable, professional, and efficient assistance. You will be the face of American Express, assisting our cardmembers in navigating their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
The successful candidate will connect with our clients using various online platforms, managing inquiries related to card member accounts, resolving any issues they may encounter, and performing related duties to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. You will become an integral part of our team, contributing to the refinement of our customer care approach and helping us exceed our service objectives.
Your primary responsibilities will include addressing customer inquiries, providing solutions, and guiding customers through the use of our online services. You will partner with other teams to escalate and resolve concerns, ensuring our cardmembers receive prompt and effective responses.
Requirements
1. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities
