About the position

Responsibilities

Requirements
?? High school diploma or GED required.

?? 1 year of experience in a clinical or customer service setting preferred.

?? Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) and EPIC or similar technology required.

?? Strong computer skills, including word processing and spreadsheet programs.

?? Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

?? Ability to handle a minimum of 70 calls a day.
