Skills and Qualifications: ?? At least 1 year of experience in International Customer Support. ?? Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). ?? Strong phone handling and active listening skills. ?? Ability to manage customer concerns with professionalism and efficiency. ?? Strong multitasking abilities and time management skills.
