?? Assist customers in navigating our website and utilizing self-service resources effectively.
?? Collaborate with other team members to provide consistent and excellent service.
?? Conduct follow-up chats to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements
?? Proven experience in customer service or a similar role, preferably in a live chat environment.
?? Excellent written communication skills, with a strong command of grammar and spelling.
?? Ability to multitask and handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously.
?? Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for helping customers.
?? Experience with customer service software and live chat platforms is a plus.
?? Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
?? Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.

PAY RATE: $21.99 - $32.99 Hourly
