We are currently on the lookout for a full-time Member Service Representative I to become an integral part of our Call Center team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, possess strong multitasking abilities, and exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A proactive self-starter who thrives in a dynamic and challenging environment is crucial for this role. The incumbent will showcase outstanding phone etiquette, exceptional service capabilities, and the ability to discern member needs to recommend and sell suitable products and services. This fast-paced, goal-driven position entails achieving weekly, monthly, and annual production, service, and sales targets. The successful candidate will need to work both independently and collaboratively, consistently striving to meet and exceed both personal and departmental objectives.
