Tech Savvy Virtual Assistant (2 -4 Hours Per Week)

We??re seeking a tech-savvy, detail-oriented virtual assistant to join our team! This is a part-time contractor role requiring approximately 1-2 hours per week to help us stay organized and efficient.

Your key responsibilities will include:

?? CRM email scheduling: Ensuring timely and accurate scheduling of pre-written emails.
?? Social media scheduling: Managing content calendars and scheduling posts across platforms.
?? Blog management: Uploading and formatting blog posts for publication.
?? LinkedIn newsletter posting: Coordinating and scheduling newsletters to engage our professional audience.

What we??re looking for:

?? Proficiency with popular CRM tools (e.g., Ontraport, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
?? Familiarity with social media platforms and scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, LinkedIn, Meta Business Suite, or similar).
?? Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
?? Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Ask questions when needed.
?? Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) is a plus.
?? Adopts the notion that everything is ??figure-outable?? and wants to Have Good Ripple Effect.

This role does not require content creation but rather a knack for content management and process streamlining. During the interview, we??ll ask for specific examples of email, social media post, and newsletter scheduling that you??ve handled before, be ready to share!
