I'm hiring a salesperson for business development for a home services & marketing company in Springfield, VA. The ideal candidate will have a positive, enthusiastic attitude and a willingness to learn. They will also be a hard worker who looks at problems as opportunities for improvement.
Responsibilities
- Expand B2B business development in Fairfax County by communicating with business owners and identifying current marketing problems & possible solutions to increase their sales.
- Perform outbound calls to business owners. Setting up appointments for fellow team members to meet and close sales.
- Manage print advertising products from initial phase to completion (in coordination with team members).
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM software.
- Daily TEAMs meetings.
- Weekly in-person meeting.
Requirements
- Valid drivers license
- 1 year sales experience
- Strong English communication skills
- Phone to contact customers.
- Self starter after initial training. Ability to work with limited supervision when working on a team.
Opportunity.
- Approximately 15-20 hours per week. Flexible schedule. Teleworking but you must be local for weekly meetings.
