Key Responsibilities
Design Tailored Lessons: Create and deliver engaging virtual instruction to students with diverse needs.
Collaborate on IEPs: Work closely with parents, school staff, and other professionals to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
Monitor Progress: Regularly assess student performance and make necessary adjustments to instructional strategies.
Foster Growth: Support the academic, social, and emotional development of students in a virtual environment.
Utilize Technology: Leverage cutting-edge tools to create an interactive and effective learning experience.
Qualifications
Wisconsin Certification: A valid Wisconsin Special Education teaching license.
Experience with K-12 Students: At least two years of experience working with students with special needs. Teletherapy experience is preferred but not requiredwe provide training!
Technical Skills: Comfortable with or willing to learn virtual teaching platforms.
Dedicated Workspace: A quiet, professional setup with reliable internet.
