Key Responsibilities: ?? * Receive and Process Incoming Stock: Unload, inspect, and accurately record all incoming inventory. ?? * Inventory Management: Organize and store inventory in the appropriate locations, ensuring that items are easily accessible and accounted for. ?? * Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. ?? * Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks on products and packaging to maintain high standards. ?? * Operate Equipment: Safely operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks. ?? * Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of hazards. ?? * Adhere to Safety Guidelines: Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for all employees. ?? Required Skills and Qualifications: ?? * High School Diploma or GED: Basic educational qualifications. ?? * Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain high accuracy in order fulfillment and inventory management. ?? * Physical Stamina: Capable of lifting and moving heavy items, standing for long periods, and performing repetitive tasks. ?? * Basic Computer Skills: Familiarity with inventory management systems and basic computer operations. ?? * Team Player: Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team-oriented environment. ?? * Reliable and Punctual: Consistent attendance and punctuality are critical. ??
