Job Overview

Key Responsibilities ?? Account Community Management: ?? Aid in managing online communities, ensuring engaging interactions and precise copywriting. ?? Adhere to deadlines and anticipate team requirements. ?? Monitor communications across all platforms, including weekends as necessary. ?? Content Execution & Project Management: ?? Learn to adjust client tone and voice through copywriting for blogs, emails, and social media. ?? Participate in special client projects and campaigns by delivering timely and captivating content. ?? Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address challenges and develop effective solutions. ?? Support client relationships through meeting preparations and communication. ?? Influencer & Ambassador Outreach: ?? Assist in identifying and cultivating relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors. ?? Additional Responsibilities: ?? Ensure project timelines and budgets are adhered to through efficient execution. ?? Support various tasks such as project organization, packaging, and client deliverables. ?? Contribute to general office duties, including the upkeep of workspace organization.
