Entry Level Project Manager
Job Overview: We are looking for a Jr. Real Estate Project Manager to help support senior project managers. The role involves assisting with reviewing estimates for residential property preservation and renovations.
Responsibilities: ?? Work with local real estate agents for each property ?? Analyze property valuations like Broker Price Opinions (BPOs) and appraisals ?? Request and review property inspection reports, and manage repairs ?? If needed, contact local authorities to address code violations ?? Coordinate with other departments for invoice and payment processing ?? Assist with managing project resources, budgets, and timelines ?? Help ensure projects meet quality standards and customer expectations
