Marketing and Design Assistant (WFH-Night Shift)

Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Marketing and Design Assistant to join our team. This role will primarily focus on creating customer-facing presentations and social media content. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both marketing and design, with the ability to translate complex ideas into visually appealing, easy-to-understand presentations and posts. Key Responsibilities: ?? Design and develop visually compelling presentations for customer-facing interactions using tools such as PowerPoint, Figma, Canva, and Photoshop. ?? Create engaging social media posts aligned with our brand's voice and strategy. ?? Collaborate with team members to ensure design and messaging consistency across all platforms. ?? Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail. ?? Communicate effectively with internal teams to understand project requirements and deliver clear, concise design concepts. Basic Requirements: ?? 5+ years of experience in marketing and design, particularly in using PowerPoint, Figma, Canva, Photoshop, and AI tools. ?? Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain design choices and concepts to non-design team members. ?? Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. ?? Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects, prioritizing effectively. ?? Portfolio is needed Bonus Skills: ?? Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Notion, Linear, and Slack. ?? Experience working with CMS and project management tools.
