About the position
The Media Manager, Pureplay/Marketplace at Post Consumer Brands is responsible for building and executing data-driven digital marketing programs to support e-commerce customers such as Amazon, Chewy, and Instacart. This role involves planning, measuring, and optimizing digital media campaigns, with a strong emphasis on e-commerce experience and the ability to drive results through data analysis and creative strategy. The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and leadership in managing media planning and execution.
Responsibilities
• Plan and execute digital media campaigns across retail media tactics for e-commerce customers.

• Manage retail media budgets for key customers including Amazon, Chewy, and Instacart.

• Evaluate retail media capabilities and provide recommendations for future spending.

• Outline measurement goals for media spend and translate data into actionable insights.

• Assess media performance on key e-commerce metrics and communicate impact to the organization.

• Monitor and analyze programs to improve audience understanding and identify opportunities.

• Oversee the creative process for paid media across multiple e-commerce channels.
,
• Lead creative optimizations and testing strategies, including A/B testing.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to combine brand insights with sales priorities.

• Partner with agencies to define and deliver on campaign KPIs and monitor programs.

• Educate partners on the evolving landscape of digital and retail media.

• Coach and develop associate media managers.
Requirements
• BA in Marketing, Communications, or Journalism preferred.
,
• 5-7 years of marketing, media planning, and/or strategy experience.
,
• E-commerce experience is required.
,
• Digital experience on agency or client side is required.
,
• Strong analytical skills and critical thinking ability.
,
• Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
,
• Experience in multiple digital media channels, including search, programmatic, and social media.

• Experience in creative strategy and execution for digital media campaigns.
