Healthcare B2B Outreach Specialist (Part Time & Contract) Description Job Title: Healthcare Outreach Specialist Location: Remote We are seeking a Healthcare Outreach Specialist to assist with our B2B outreach efforts. This role is ideal for someone with experience in the healthcare field and/or marketing, who is skilled at building and maintaining professional relationships. The position will start with 5 hours per week, with the potential for additional hours as needed. Key Responsibilities: ?? Conduct 1:1 Zoom video visits with doctors, Nurse Practitioners, Dietitians, Referral Coordinators, and Physician Assistants to discuss our company and referral process. ?? Engage in outreach activities, including cold calls and emails, to various companies and healthcare providers. ?? Send 250 LinkedIn connection requests per week and add approximately 60 new contacts to our CRM. ?? Follow up with around 10 leads weekly to provide additional information or schedule meetings. ?? Utilize CRM systems to manage outreach efforts and track follow-ups. ?? Collaborate with the team to ensure effective communication and coordination in outreach efforts. Qualifications: ?? Experience in the healthcare field and/or marketing is required. ?? Proficiency with LinkedIn and CRM systems. ?? Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. ?? Experience with Zoom or other video conferencing tools. ?? Detail-oriented with the ability to manage repetitive tasks efficiently. ?? Must be available to work during PST business hours. ??
