Responsibilities

?? Provide accurate information and solutions to customer problems

?? Handle customer complaints effectively and escalate when necessary
?? Work collaboratively with team members to improve response times and service
?? Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and procedures
Requirements

?? Excellent written communication skills with a focus on clarity and professionalism

?? Availability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
PAY RATE: $19.21 - $31.42 Hourly
Experience and Skills:
