Key Responsibilities
?? Conduct client meetings at case closure to finalize necessary documentation and gather valuable feedback on their experiences.
?? Actively represent our firm at various company-sponsored events, including client appreciation and community outreach activities.
?? Provide support to the front office coordinator as required.
?? Engage with clients on a daily basis, delivering impactful and meaningful outreach.
?? Occasionally travel to remote offices to facilitate disbursal processes.
Required Skills
?? A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in client service roles.
?? A strong commitment to community outreach and the ability to connect with diverse individuals effortlessly.
?? Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, along with strong organizational and record-keeping capabilities.
