Call Center Customer Service Representative - Healthcare - Start ASAP!

About the position

We are looking to fill customer service, call center healthcare positions as soon as possible. In this role, you will be assisting customers with their Medicare and Medicaid managed care health plan needs. These healthcare plans are designed to help individuals maintain their independence in daily life. Your primary responsibilities will include answering questions related to benefits, claims, and complaints within a call center environment. You will be receiving calls from both members and providers, ensuring that their inquiries are addressed promptly and accurately. The position offers set schedules that promote a healthy work/life balance, and after 30 days of employment, you may have the opportunity to work from home, provided you meet specified performance metrics.
