Key Responsibilities: ?? Develop and implement behavior intervention plans tailored to individual student needs. ?? Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) to identify target behaviors and create effective strategies. ?? Collaborate with educators, staff, and families to ensure consistent support and progress. ?? Provide training and guidance to paraprofessionals and team members. ?? Monitor and document student progress, making adjustments to plans as needed. Requirements: ?? Master??s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field. ??
