Schedule: Monday - Friday with multiple shift options
Compensation: Up to $40,000 annually plus bonus opportunities
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities
Use active listening skills to understand and address customer requests

What We're Looking For
High school diploma or GED
Quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions
Reliable, hard-wired phone line
Solid work history (no more than four jobs in the last ten years)
Ability to pass a background check
Residency in Florida is required
