Key Responsibilities
?? Deliver captivating and interactive online instruction to small groups of 2-6 students.
?? Utilize provided materials to facilitate effective teaching and ensure students attain a profound understanding of mathematics.
?? Monitor and assess students' academic performance, offering constructive feedback and fostering their growth.
?? Guarantee timely delivery of all course content, maintaining a structured yet adaptable teaching approach.

Required Skills
?? Strong expertise in high school mathematics, particularly in Calculus and Statistics.
?? Excellent communication abilities to engage and motivate students in a virtual setting.
?? Proficiency in online teaching tools and platforms, alongside strong organizational skills and adaptability.

Qualifications
?? A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a Master's degree or higher (Ph.D. or Ed.D.) is preferred.
?? At least one year of teaching experience in the relevant subject area, with high school teaching experience viewed favorably.
?? Flexibility to provide 2-3 teaching time slots during weekdays.
