Position Overview: We are currently seeking motivated and experienced Online English Tutors to join our team, delivering exceptional language instruction to students in the Calgary area. As an Online English Tutor, you will have the opportunity to work remotely, providing flexible and engaging English language lessons to learners of various ages and proficiency levels.
Responsibilities: ?? Virtual Classroom Engagement: Conduct interactive and engaging online English lessons using our virtual teaching platform. Employ a variety of teaching techniques, resources, and multimedia to keep students motivated and immersed in the learning process. ?? Individualized Instruction: Assess each student's language proficiency and learning objectives to tailor lessons that meet their unique needs. Provide personalized feedback and guidance to help students improve their language skills effectively. ?? Curriculum Delivery: Design and implement lesson plans that encompass grammar, vocabulary, reading... comprehension, writing skills, and conversational practice. Effective Communication: Maintain open lines of communication with students, parents, or guardians regarding lesson schedules, progress reports, and any concerns. Respond promptly to inquiries and provide guidance to enhance the learning experience. ?? Flexible Schedule: Adapt to the scheduling preferences of students by offering a range of lesson times, accommodating varying time zones and availability. ?? Stay Updated: Stay current with the latest trends in language teaching methodologies, educational technology, and online learning tools. Qualifications: ?? Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). ??
