What Youll Do:
?? Handle Patient Calls: Manage incoming and outgoing calls with professionalism and empathy.
?? Appointment Scheduling: Fill schedule gaps and coordinate patient appointments efficiently.
?? Insurance Verification: Ensure accurate and timely processing of insurance details.
?? Process Payments: Handle post-payment tasks with precision.
?? Data Management: Submit client information and maintain organized records in Dentrix and CRM systems.
?? Collaborate with the Team: Communicate effectively with the office and internal team to maintain seamless operations.
Who You Are:
?? Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
?? Experienced in phone support and customer service.
?? Reliable and able to work standard office hours in EST or MST time zones.
?? Organized with strong attention to detail.
?? Proficient in Dentrix and familiar with CRM tools (preferred).
?? Tech-savvy, with basic computer skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
