Responsibilities
?? Deliver world-class customer service through in-person appointments to assess vehicle damage.

?? Inspect vehicles and prepare estimates of damage while monitoring repairs for customers/members.

?? Review documents and assist members in understanding their case files and the auto repair process.

?? Handle moderate to complex claims, including Total Loss cases.

?? Travel to field locations as necessary to complete job responsibilities.
Requirements
?? Associate degree in Business Administration, Insurance, or related field, or equivalent work experience.

?? One year of experience in negotiating claim settlements, preparing estimates, and resolving coverage questions.

?? Completion of relevant insurance training programs or designations, such as the Insurance Institute of America's General Insurance Program or equivalent CPCU coursework.

?? Eligibility to acquire a State Adjuster's license within 90 days of hire, if required by state regulations.
,
?? Valid state driver's license and knowledge of Fair Trade Practices relating to claims.
