Process policy changes, claims, and renewals in a timely and efficient manner. ?? Meet or exceed sales goals through proactive client outreach and follow-ups. ?? Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by providing ongoing support and communication. ?? Stay up to date with State Farm products, policies, and industry regulations.
Requirements: ?? Must hold a valid insurance license (Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health). ?? Previous experience in insurance sales or customer service is highly desirable. ?? Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach. ?? Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment. ?? Comfortable using virtual tools and software for communication and record-keeping. ?? Ability to adapt to changing situations and prioritize tasks effectively.
