Requirements
High School Diploma or GED required.

Ability to obtain Property & Casualty license within 3 testing attempts.

Proven success in maintaining adequate typing speed while conversing with customers.

Working knowledge of auto policies, underwriting, and billing guidelines.

Strong professional phone etiquette and proficiency with sales systems.

Self-motivated with a high level of initiative and autonomy.
Nice-to-haves
Property & Casualty License preferred but not required in certain states.

Experience in sales or customer service roles.
Benefits
$700 licensing bonus for candidates with Property & Casualty and/or general lines licensure.

1st year earning potential of $45k to $55k; 2nd year potential of $65k to $70k; 3rd-4th year potential of $80k to $100k+.

Hourly base rate or uncapped commission, whichever is greater.
