Responsibilities: ?? Handle and close live leads provided by the team. ?? Build strong relationships with clients and potential buyers. ?? Conduct property evaluations to determine value and marketability. ?? Prepare, present, and negotiate contracts. ?? Attend trainings and role-playing sessions, either in-person or via Zoom. ?? Stay informed and compliant with real estate laws and regulations. ?? Deliver exceptional service to clients from start to finish. ?? Contribute to the positive team culture that defines Premier Listings.
Qualifications: ?? Active real estate license. ?? Strong communication skills and a positive attitude. ?? Experience with contracts and closing processes. ?? Willingness to learn, grow, and adapt to the evolving market. ?? Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
