Position: Virtual Dyslexia Specialist
Schedule: 16 hours/week, 8:00 AM - 11:00 AM (Monday through Thursday)
Location: Remote
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Virtual Dyslexia Specialist to join our team and provide support to students with dyslexia. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping students overcome learning challenges and possess the necessary skills to implement effective interventions in a virtual setting.
Qualifications: ?? Minimum of 2 years of recent school-based experience. ?? Experience working with students who have dyslexia. ?? A valid Texas Teaching License. ?? Knowledge of dyslexia-specific instructional strategies and resources. ?? Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with students, parents, and school staff remotely.
Responsibilities: ?? Provide individualized dyslexia support through virtual sessions. ?? Develop and implement evidence-based interventions tailored to student needs. ?? Collaborate with parents and school personnel to track student progress and adjust strategies as needed. ?? Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and interventions.
