Duties

?? Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the database.
?? Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while communicating with clients.
?? Collaborate with team members to improve overall client services and support processes.
?? Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide informed assistance.
?? Assist in training new staff members on customer service protocols.

Qualifications
?? Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is preferred, particularly in English and another language.
?? Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess situations quickly.
?? Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
?? Proven ability to provide outstanding customer support and maintain positive client relationships.
?? Familiarity with client services principles and practices is advantageous.
?? Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
?? Familiarity with CRM systems and practices

?? High school diploma or equivalent
