Job Summary of Associate Product Merchandiser:

Responsible for delivering a highly satisfied customer experience demonstrated by engaging and interacting with all customers, embodying customer experience principals and philosophy, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Adheres to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. May be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store in order to support the needs of the business.

?? Efficiently follows company guidelines and standards when processing and setting up merchandise for display and sale
?? Initiates and engages in store recovery as necessary throughout the day
?? Abides by the organizational, cleanliness, and recovery measures for the sales floor and assists in maintaining the cleanliness of the entire store
?? Gives and accepts continual recognition and positive critique
?? Adheres to the entirety of labor laws, regulations, and company policies
?? Backs and engages in initiatives aimed at minimizing loss and decreasing shrink within the store
?? Is involved in fostering safety consciousness and maintaining a safe environment
?? Engages in other assignments as directed

Requirements of Associate Product Merchandiser:
