Work Schedule of the Remote Patient Care Coordinator:
?? 30 - 40 hours per week
?? Monday - Friday
?? 8:00 am - 12:00 pm & 2:00 pm - 6:45 pm (Pacific Hours)

Main Responsibilities of the Remote Patient Care Coordinator:

This position is responsible for providing excellent patient care and supporting the office team.
?? Helping patients.
?? Helping patients apply for loans.
?? Ordering testing.
?? Doing calls on the phone and on Zoom.
?? Checking text messages and voicemails.
?? Selling and ordering supplements.
?? Scheduling with health coaches.
?? Administrative assistant (fill out forms and more!).
?? Support with health coaching, scheduling, and rescheduling.
?? Engage in discussions related to payments, invoicing, and financial matters with patients, handling them professionally.

All training will be provided!
