We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Member Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members and assisting them with their inquiries and concerns. Responsibilities: Respond to member inquiries via phone, email, and in-person Assist members with account maintenance and transactions Resolve member complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner Promote products and services to members based on their needs Ensure accuracy and completeness of member records
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent 1-2 years of customer service experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
