Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities: Provide world-class customer service and technical support through phone, chat, and email. Demonstrate patience and empathy when dealing with customer concerns, ensuring their issues are resolved effectively. Qualifications: Strong technical aptitude and a passion for technology. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Empathy and the ability to connect with customers on a personal level. A dedicated, quiet home office space, free from distractions. High-speed internet access and a compatible computer. Flexibility to work during various shifts, including weekends and evenings. Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
