Key Responsibilities: ?? Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels (phone, chat, email). ?? Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company policies, services, and procedures. ?? Record and document all customer interactions in the CRM system accurately.
Qualifications: ?? High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's Degree preferred). ?? Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience (preferably in a remote role). ?? Excellent verbal and written communication skills. ?? Strong problem-solving abilities with the ability to handle difficult situations. ??
