Responsibilities: Handle inbound customer inquiries and resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner. Provide exceptional support, ensuring customer satisfaction with each interaction. Use various software tools to document and manage customer interactions effectively. Communicate product features and offer troubleshooting advice for customers. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues as needed.
Requirements: Previous experience in customer service or call center environments is preferred. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical users. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing priorities. Familiarity with technical troubleshooting or willingness to learn.
