Key Responsibilities
?? Deliver evidence-based teletherapy to children aged 0-14 and their families via our digital platform.
?? Implement recognized therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure Therapy for Anxiety, Parent Management Training (PMT), Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), and Child and Family Psychotherapy (CPP) to enhance mental health outcomes.
?? Maintain comprehensive clinical documentation including intake notes, progress notes, and treatment plans directly within the platform.
?? Engage in weekly case review meetings and collaborate with management to uphold the highest standards of care.
Required Skills
?? Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as CBT and PMT.
?? Competence with technology and a willingness to integrate innovative solutions into your clinical practice.
?? Strong collaborative skills and the ability to work effectively within a clinical team.
Qualifications
?? Master's degree in a relevant discipline.
?? Independently licensed in California (e.g., LMFT, LCSW, LPCC).
?? A minimum of 1 year of independent clinical experience with children and families, utilizing evidence-based methodologies.

Compensation And Benefits
?? This position is an hourly W2 role with a competitive rate of $85 per hour.
?? Estimated annual part-time compensation for 10-20 clinical hours per week (assuming 45 working weeks): (38,250 - )76,500.
