Primary Responsibilities
?? Host Virtual Consultations ?? Meet with individuals and families via Zoom to discuss insurance needs
?? Guide Clients Through Enrollment ?? Offer advice and assistance throughout the process
?? Respond to Client Inquiries ?? Address questions or concerns promptly and professionally
?? Collaborate with Team Members ?? Ensure seamless client experiences by working closely with colleagues
?? Maintain Accurate Records ?? Document interactions and keep detailed enrollment notes
