Overview

The Harm Reduction Education, Engagement, and Outreach Coordinator will educate staff and participants about the opioid epidemic and harm reduction strategies, while providing support and resources to the community.

Requirements
?? Certification as a Peer Support Specialist or Community Health Worker.
?? 1-2 years of experience in harm reduction education.
?? Bilingual in Spanish and English.
?? Experience in outreach and community networking.
?? Understanding of harm reduction policies.
?? Knowledge of community resources for basic needs.
?? Ability to work independently and in teams.
?? Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills.
?? Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
