Daily Responsibilities of a Dental Utilization Management Coordinator:
?? Working on the UM team to process referrals/authorizations for dental services
?? Responsible for making outbound calls to providers for missing documentation on referrals/authorizations
?? Processing peer-to-peer requests
?? Various administrative duties
Requirements: ?? High school diploma or GED ?? 1+ years of telephonic provider communication ?? Previous experience working with Medicaid/Medicare ?? Experience working with referrals/authorizations ?? Computer skills - strong typing/data entry skills, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook ?? WFH capability - smart phone, private work space, high speed internet ?? Able and willing to be vaccinated for COVID before conversion to FTE
Hours for this Position:
Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm EST
Location:
Remote in Florida
Interview: Zoom interview with manager
Length of Assignment: Right to hire (contract to perm)
