Key Responsibilities
As a Claims Adjuster, you??ll be at the forefront of our customer interactions, helping our policyholders navigate the claims process smoothly:
?? Investigate & Resolve Claims: Work with moderate supervision to assess and resolve auto claims, focusing on coverage, liability, and damages.
?? Judgment & Decision-Making: Use sound judgment to analyze exposure and determine the best course of action.
?? Cost Control: Minimize claims costs and expenses while ensuring a positive outcome.
?? Extensive Interactions: Collaborate with all parties involved in the claims process.
?? Process Improvement: Identify ways to boost efficiency and effectiveness.
?? Timely Documentation: Record and communicate claims activity clearly and efficiently.
What We??re Looking For
We??re looking for a claim professional with a passion for adjusting claims cost-effectively, utilizing their customer service skills, and the know-how to handle claims with confidence. Requirements: ?? Minimum 3 years of experience in personal auto claim processing ?? Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail ?? Tech-savvy with excellent communication abilities ?? Spanish speaking a plus ?? A team player with a can-do attitude and "street smarts" ?? Superior coverage analysis and negotiation capable ?? ?? Bachelor??s degree is a plus!
