What You'll Do
?? Guide Clients: Assist clients in navigating the mortgage loan process, from application through approval.
?? Stay Connected: Maintain clear communication with processors and real estate agents throughout the closing process.
?? Generate Opportunities: Market in your area to create and capture new loan opportunities.
What We're Looking For
?? Licensing: NMLS Origination License for states in the US.
?? Customer Service: Strong skills in customer service and networking.
?? Independence: Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
?? Experience: Familiarity with loan origination software is a plus, along with relevant certifications and licenses (NMLS, state-specific).
