Responsibilities: ?? Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries regarding insurance policies, claims, and general inquiries. ?? Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. ?? Educate customers on available coverage options and benefits to ensure they make informed decisions. ?? Requirements: ?? High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred). ?? Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus. ?? Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. ?? Ability to work independently in a remote environment while remaining motivated and productive. ??
