About the position

Responsibilities
?? Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing sales team

?? Develop impactful strategies to exceed regional sales goals

?? Establish and maintain powerful connections with key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals, and customers in your region

?? Lead your team to hit ambitious sales quotas, while using tracking systems to monitor progress, forecast growth, and celebrate success

?? Partner with Clinical Training to boost product knowledge

?? Recruit, train, and mentor top-tier talent

?? Foster strong relationships with healthcare professionals

?? Travel up to 70% to support your team and represent Phonak
Requirements
?? Bachelor's degree (Master's or Doctorate in Audiology a plus)

?? 5+ years of B2B sales experience, with 2+ years in sales management
,
?? A proven track record of leading successful teams
,
?? Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
,
?? Proven track record of achieving growth targets
