Home Health Nurse Contract Details:
?? $1,160 ?? $1,274 per week*
?? 13-week contract
?? SHC Home Health Nurses are paid by the hour, not by the visit
?? LPN will have a designated territory of coverage
?? Average weekly expectation is 30 units of productivity
?? Home Health contracts with SHC require previous experience with Medicare Certified Agency

Requirements: ?? Medicare Certified Agency Experience ?? Electronic Charting experience ?? Minimum of 1 year recent home health nursing experience (private duty does not qualify) ?? Current West Virginia Nursing License ?? Valid U.S. Driver??s License
