Key Responsibilities:

Complete and review mortgage application paperwork for accuracy
Analyze applicants' credit history and financial information to assess eligibility
Answer inquiries and questions from lenders
Escalate applications requiring managerial approval
Establish credit terms, pricing, and conditions during the application approval process
Build and maintain business relationships with customers
