About the Role:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will assist with administrative tasks, manage phone calls, and oversee a virtual Zoom lobby. If you have excellent communication skills, experience with Google Sheets and Excel, and a sales-minded mentality, we??d love to hear from you!
Responsibilities: ?? Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, data entry, and email management ?? Manage and moderate a virtual Zoom lobby ?? Answer and make phone calls in a professional and friendly manner ?? Maintain and update records using Google Sheets and Excel ?? Provide excellent customer service and support ?? Assist with light sales-related tasks and follow-ups
Requirements: ?? Prior experience in administrative support or virtual assistance ?? Strong proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel ?? Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal) ?? A professional and friendly phone demeanor ?? Sales-minded with a proactive approach to problem-solving ?? Ability to work part-time during PST hours
