About the Role:
GLOBO is expanding our customer operations, and we??re seeking Customer Service Associates (CSA) to join the team! The CSA will facilitate intake calls and requests ranging from on-demand to scheduled language services for our flagship customers.

As a CSA, you are responsible for creating a best-in-class customer experience by consistently delivering clear, efficient, and valuable support to callers.
In addition to facilitating intake calls, you will:
?? Achieve satisfactory call quality, both behavioral and technical, as measured through call quality reviews
?? Provide exceptional client service experiences
?? Log and track both calls and requests while servicing clients.
?? Address opportunities to maintain and improve business relationships with clients
A candidate for this role can be located anywhere in the US. Schedules will be set two weeks in advance, and the schedule would include hours between 8AM-12AM EST Monday - Friday, and on weekends. Full and Part-Time Positions are Available! Flexibility is key for this role.
