Key Responsibilities:
Accurately input data into Delta Airlines?? internal systems and databases
Verify and update data to maintain accuracy and completeness
Process customer and internal requests as assigned
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and customer information
Assist with reports, data analysis, and other administrative tasks as required
Ensure timely completion of all data entry assignments and meet deadlines
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred)
Proven experience in data entry or administrative support (1+ year preferred)
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Strong written and verbal communication skills
