Mgr Fleet Mx and Operational Supp

Focuses primarily on strategies and efforts toward staffing , compliance, employee development, fleet-related projects and programs, and fiscal opportunities within the FedEx Express vehicle fleet.

Essential Functions
? Plans, coordinates, and directs operational support to all levels of fleet management within Global Vehicles.
? Ensures that all operational activities comply with internal and external guidelines and regulations, including those governing employee health and safety.
? Selects, trains, develops, and motivates Fleet personnel.
? Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education

Bachelor?s degree in a quantitative discipline /equivalent.

Minimum Experience

Five (5) years experience in maintenance operations on automotive-related fleet equipment , including one (1) year fleet management experience.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Strong basic management, human relations and communications skills are required.

Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.

Pay: $7,488.36/month - $12,355.79/month
