Requirements
? Proven experience in customer service or support roles, preferably in a live chat setting.
? Exceptional written communication skills with an ability to convey information concisely and professionally.
? Strong multitasking abilities to manage multiple chats simultaneously without compromising on quality.
? Empathy and patience when dealing with customers, ensuring a supportive experience.

PAYRATE: $21.90 - $33.24 Hourly
