Responsibilities
? Answer incoming calls and respond to client inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.

? High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus.
? Previous experience in customer service or call center environments is preferred.
? Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
? Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism.
? Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
? Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.

? Flexibility to work various shifts as required by the business.
